Jia Xu: “The 618 Critical Protection was a commitment to our clients and a comprehensive team examination for Chayora. To ensure everything was foolproof, we formed a secondary support team, frontline security team, manufacturer support team, and logistics support team. Each team worked closely together, conducting preventive maintenance, manufacturer inspections, key equipment performance tests, rotational tests, parameter checks, backups, and special safety inspections. Every task was carried out meticulously, with detailed records. Preparation began two months in advance, with every member’s contribution ensuring stable client operations during the critical period.”

Behind the Scenes Heroes Ensuring Worry-Free Operations

Q: Can you share the HVAC-related work and key achievements during this year’s 618 Critical Protection event?

Xu Heng: “I joined Chayora in October last year and was responsible for HVAC system maintenance. This year’s 618 Critical Protection event highlighted Chayora’s expertise in design, efficient construction, and safe maintenance. We prioritized the event from comprehensive planning to strict execution, ensuring its success.
